壓電陶瓷主要用于制造超聲換能器、水聲換能器、電聲換能器、陶瓷濾波器、陶瓷變壓器、陶瓷鑒頻器、高壓發(fā)生器、紅外探測(cè)器、聲表面波器件、電光器件、引燃引爆裝置和壓電陀螺等。
壓電陶瓷的制造特點(diǎn)是在直流電場(chǎng)下對(duì)鐵電陶瓷進(jìn)行極化處理，使之具有壓電效應(yīng)。一般極化電場(chǎng)為3～5kV/mm，溫度100～150°C,時(shí)間5～20min。這三者是影響極化效果的主要因素。性能較好的壓電陶瓷，如鋯鈦酸鉛系陶瓷，其機(jī)電偶合系數(shù)可高達(dá)0.313～0.694。（圖/文www.tuizz.cn）
