屬于摻雜陶瓷材料的制備領(lǐng)域的彩色氧化鋯陶瓷的制備方法。該方法按850-980份氧化鋯粉體、10-50份穩(wěn)定劑和10-120份著色劑的配比,將穩(wěn)定劑和著色劑加入到氧化鋯粉體的懸濁液中,通過控制溶液的pH值或使用各種沉淀劑,使穩(wěn)定劑和著色劑沉淀在氧化鋯粉體的表面。
溶液經(jīng)過濾后干燥,將得到的粉體進(jìn)行研磨,過篩,然后經(jīng)成型、脫脂和燒結(jié)得到彩色氧化鋯陶瓷。本發(fā)明在納米尺度上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)定劑、著色劑與納米氧化鋯粉體的均勻復(fù)合,能大量減少著色劑在氧化鋯陶瓷高溫?zé)Y(jié)階段的揮發(fā),樣品成色均勻,重復(fù)性好。
本方法制備的彩色氧化鋯陶瓷可廣泛應(yīng)用于工藝裝飾、鐘表、刀具、手機(jī)外殼、珠寶首飾等領(lǐng)域。(圖/文www.tuizz.cn)
